Refund Policy

Thank you for participating in the centenary programs and purchasing publications from SAMASTHA CENTENARY A UNIT OF SAMASTHA KERALA SUNNI YUVAJANA SANGAM. The following terms are applicable for any payments, contributions, or material orders made with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Organization (referred to as either "the Organization", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SAMASTHA CENTENARY A UNIT OF SAMASTHA KERALA SUNNI YUVAJANA SANGAM, Jaffer Khan Colony Rd, Kozhikode, Kerala 673006.
• Goods refer to the publications, souvenirs, or study materials offered for sale or distribution on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from us or register for programs.
• Website refers to Samastha's platform, accessible from samastha.org.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the organization on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.

Order Cancellation Rights

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us by emailing: samasthacentenary@gmail.com.

Refunds for Online Contributions & Registrations

Please note that online donations or voluntary contributions made to the centenary celebration funds or community welfare projects are generally non-refundable. In case of an accidental duplicate transaction or wrong amount entry during an online transfer, you may report the incident to samasthacentenary@gmail.com within 3 working days with relevant bank transaction slips, and our accounts team will verify and initiate a manual correction if validated.

For paid events, conventions, or study conclave registrations: cancellation requests received up to 7 days before the program date are eligible for a 50% refund. Requests received within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Returns of Publications and Physical Materials

For returns of printed books, journals, or centenary publications purchased online, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and sent back to our main distribution center at:

You are responsible for the shipping costs and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
